New features not showing up

Hello, I am a member of the Windows Insider program (dev channel). I am currently using the HP 15-da2xxx which i know is old but it has been upgraded. The problem I am encountering again and again is that after the windows 11 update has been downloaded on my laptop successfully I don't seem to be finding the new updated features.I have tried multiple ways to do it, even reinstalling windows but still have no luck.PLEASE HELP
