New Dell Inspiron 16 running Windows 11 cant install chrome??

Hopefully someone here can help me. I have posted this in help community's for google chrome and no suggestions have done a thing. I have never been able to install google chrome since I got this laptop. I have tried multiple times and multiple ways, gone to various sites suggested and still I always get an error message that says unknown error, google couldnt install if you have any google apps or whatever open please close them.. I have none I tried looking in various chat threads and I am not finding anything. Im gonna try asking chat gpt or claude next
