New CPU installed, fTMP NV corrupted or fTPM NV structure changed

I recently had to download a program for my education and after i rebooted my laptop (Ideapad 3 14alc6) it showed a message saying the cpu has been changed and the fTMP NV was corrupted or changed. Is this normal and how should i fix this? Should i reset the fTMP and if so what will it do to my laptop?Kind regards,Hank
