New computer won't accept my school microsoft account

I just got a new computer, and part of the setup is signing into my microsoft account. It keeps saying I don't have an account associated with my school email (I absolutely do-- that's how I'm posting this!), and there's no other option. I can't navigate away from this page telling me to sign in. I can't even shut the computer down. HELP!
