New computer not activating

My windows is activated through my Microsoft account instead of a key. I've installed windows an a new computer I've setup, but its not shown as active and received error 0xC004F213 that the product key was not found. When logging into my microsoft account, under Devices, the new computer is shown. So unsure why it isn't pulling the key also.
