Never got Windows 11 CD-key email

Hi, I purchased Windows 11 Home edition online and I can see that the purchase was succesfull in my order history. I have not been able to activate my purchase, as I did not receive an email confirmation with the CD-key.I have reinstalled Windows 11 Home using the same account on which I can see that I have made the purchase. Error code in activation settings is 0xC004F213, which would indicate that I have made changes to hardware. I have indeed done changes to the hardware, and I have purchased this license after I made those changes and on the PC with the changed hardware, as I was not able
