Starting from several weeks ago, I noticed that my Win 11 PC stopped entering the sleep mode regardless of my power settings or my actions through the power button in the start menu. Previously it had been able to sleep without any issue.I tried running diagnosis, but there is nothing shown in `powercfg -requests`, and there is no sleep period in `powercfg -sleepstudy`.After toggling on and off almost all of the services, I have pinned down the culprit: Network Store Interface.
