Hello,
I have 5 accounts in total on the one computer. Through one of them the printer reports that it is on line and prints no problem, in another it reports that it is offline and therefore does not print at all, how can I rectify this? In the office it appears to be only this account that has the problem all the other computers work fine as well. We work off a server. The printer is an HP laserjet pro 1415fn and the computers work off Windows 7.
