Windows 10 Professional x64 version 22H2.I recently moved my Windows 10 installation from one SSD to another, so that may be related.I've had an intermittent problem where the Microsoft Store won't connect and gives error code 0x80131500. This is accompanied by the WhatsApp app no longer sending or receiving messages, although no errors are shown within that app.What started my current problem was that I noticed Windows Update was stuck at '0% downloading'.
