Network from 92Down and 32Up turn into 1 down and 0.11 up after open any game

i was streamer all good until i cant even stream 3 days ago i dont know what happen . but then i realize My internet slowing after i open any game even thats the only thing i open no obs no stream apps nothing juts the game i already use al the suggestion in this platform but it still not doin anything can anyone help me fix this?
