Network / Ethernet PCI card not registering connection

Hi All, I am just wondering if someone can help me with this problem.I am using an Asus A15 Laptop running Windows 11. There is a PCI Ethernet card attached that I use to connect to PLC's and the like for work.The issue that I am having is when I connect an Ethernet cable to my laptop, it does not recognise the connection. Under Network Connections / Ethernet there is a big red cross.Yes, I have tried different Ethernet cables, ensured all ports are clean and even tried the same connection set up on an older laptop and it connects perfectly.Upon further investigation in Device Manager, it says
