Network Drive Connection

[Windows 11]

Hi,I am having issues connecting to a network drive. I know the IP address and can connect to it with another laptop with windows 11 with that IP address but with this new laptop, I keeping getting an error. If I type the IP address in Edge without \\ I can see the details of the drive and can change settings but cannot access the files. Hence I know that the address is correct but for some reason cannot access it. I think it may be a security setting but cannot find what it is.
