Network Adapter Not Showing In Device Manager

Today my WiFi was running much slower than normal. I ran a speed test on my phone and my laptop and my laptop was much slower than my phone. I tried a bunch of things recommended on Microsoft Community, and one of them was uninstalling and reinstalling my network adapter. I did that and when I went to reinstall the drivers it said it applied to 0 devices and it no longer appeared in Device Manager. I've tried restarting my computer and showing hidden devices, but nothing has worked. My laptop is a N23H1 Acer and the network adapter was a Mediatek MT7902. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
