Network Adapter (Error Code 43)

My network adapter says "WIndows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" I have factory reset my computer, network reset, reinstalled the drivers more times than i can count, downloaded older versions of the drivers, disabled driver prevention list and nothing has worked basically begging for help at this point in time
