Netsh.exe- Application Error where it states The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000142)

Hello Everyone. I use Dell Inspirion 5570 where I have windows 11. Recently my windows 11 got some update. And after that, whenver, I try to restart or shutdown my laptop, there is pop up like netsh.exe- Application Error where it states The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000142). I have watched so many youtube videos to fix this issue but it doesn't get fixed. I tried reinstalling the windows, updating all the drivers, using cmd to restore the health. But nothing worked. Can you please give me any kind of solution? This only happens during shutdown/restart.
