O/S: Windows 10 version 21H2 (64-bit)O/S Build: 19044.1645CPU: i7-7700HQ 2.8ghzRAM: 16gbI notice this 'background process' appears in my task manager randomly while using my laptop. While gaming I notice the performance goes from buttery smooth to 0.5-1 sec stutters every 10-20 seconds when this process starts running. I don't know what triggers it, but this process can run multiple times (I've seen up to 6 myself). I've tried letting it run for 18 hrs so far without ending the process, but it remains running as per the task manager. The CPU usage is erratic but it's a noticeable difference th
