I had and used PDF Binder on my previous Windows 7 installation. Just now I downloaded (PDFBinder v1.2 installer ) once more to my current Windows 11 my laptop, but I need to also install Net Framework version 2,.NET Framework is supposedly already installed but applications tell me I need to install it, thanks
