.NET Framework 4 Install Error

Hello, I have tried for days to install .NET Framework 4 but it gives me this result:



And when i open the log file it shows me this:

I've tried all the steps from this link http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/essentials-error-0x80070643-or-0x800706d9-enable-windows-firewall but no result.
