.Net Framework 4.6

So i have tried everything i but first lets get into where it all started i was trying to install nexues mod manager and it said i needed 4.6 or soother .net update that i didnt have so i to install it and it says it fails and i was like oh ok that sucks. so i went to forums to see what was wrong and i ended up looking at a solution that says i need a cleaner so i use that it uninstalls .net 4 and now i only have .net framework 1 adn i cant install anyothers i tried 2 and three also four but it just doesnt work i dont know why (i have windows seven by the way.)
