Hi,I am trying to play the Sims 3 on my Windows 11 laptop. Every time I try to, it says it can't install .NET Framework 3.5 and gives me the error code 0x80070490.I have done some troubleshooting from similar queries online but had no luck. PowerShell (or possibly Command Prompt, I've been using both with no luck) said that my installation of it is "staged", but I don't really know what that means.Thanks to anyone who can help!
