.net 1.1 Service Pack1 KB929729 Update issues

This update keeps installing over and over. I look in the update history and
it shows that the update was done successfully each time. It is super
annoying! Any ideas how to fix this???

I am running Vista 32bit Ultimate

Same problem here, but running Vista Home Premium
