Need updated drivers for background processes for SSMS

Question in red text below. This is the background...I installed SQL Server Management Studio v 20.2, but it fails to connect to the SQL Server.I tried to re-install SQL Express 2019. This fails because msoledbsql.msi is not installed, because "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2022 (x64/x86, version 14.34 at minimum)" is not installed. I have found and downloaded VC_redist.x64.exe (thanks to a related question). I have run the VC_redist.x64 and it reports that "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) - 14.30.30708" was successfully installed.I found and ins
