Need to reinstall a clean version of windows. My computer came loaded with Windows when I bought it.

Getting numerous pop up signs saying that my system has been corrupted. Have Norton and MacAfee installed. Want to know how to reinstall Windows and how. My HP computer came pre loaded when I purchased.
