Need to regain access to Windows computers; local admin account with no passwords

Finding myself in a rough situation here. I've got 2 computers with a similar issue. Windows OS are : 10 Home for one and 10 Enterprise for another. Let's just focus on the Windows 10 Enterprise for now. At some point, these computers were set up with a local account with admin rights. I ran across the issue yesterday when trying to help install some software but no one knows the admin passwords. We've tried and looked around for papers, notes, anything that might be the password for these admin accounts.
