Need to delete iTunes and need password

[Windows 10]

I need to install latest version iTunes, but is asking for me to delete existing version. It wants an admin p/w which I don't recall creating. I called Asus and they can't help me. It looks like the user name is support. I know I wouldn't create a user name as support. It sure feels like it's an Asus thing. They told me I could change the p/w, but I need to know the existing p/w and then they led me to my MS profile. I've tried my MS p/w and it doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas? Why do I need a p/w to delete an app on my own computer?
