Need to access user folder on SSD, but don't have admin credentials - how to remove the need for admin credentials?

My laptop unexpectedly died on me - a hardware issue, I suspect something overheated, but I don't know what component(s). I was able to remove the internal SSD and put it in an enclosure with a USB connection, so that, until I can repair or replace my laptop, I could still access my files on the computers at my university library.I forgot, though, that C:/Users/Travis require admin privileges to open.
