Need the Daylight Saving Patch KB951072 patch file

I want to put KB951072 patch on a XP SP2 system, but the computer is

not on the web. The Microsoft site does not seem to let you just

download the patch file so you can download it offline.



How can I get the patch file? Thanks!

Use another computer to download it from:

Then, put on a thumb drive and install to the other computer.
