I have spent over 3 hours trying to get into my 2 MS 365 accounts to change the payment method. The 2 accounts are *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I tried resetting my password and it keeps saying it's incorrect. It wants me to use an authentication app on my phone so I downloaded Microsoft Authenticator that says SafeAuth when I look at it. I have yet to get a code that has worked in entering with account.My company name changed 2 years ago from Cooper Associates, LLC to etaxnotes, LLC.And I want to change the payment method for these accounts.
