Need refund. Login says my email was not in system. Looked where I used free trial. . Still can’t find it. Advise on both issues.

I cannot find where I signed up for free trial so I can cancel. I used my email and Microsoft says that my email doesn’t exist in their system. I tried to call and got referred to help.com. In order to use that I need to sign in with my email that Microsoft says does not exist. It has been a complete nightmare. Please refund the charge of $99.99 and cancel any subscriptions I have.
