Need help with Windows repair

Hello, I have pretty much followed to a T these steps in this linkhttps://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/microsoft-management-console-mmc-unable-to-create/864d1739-3199-4e5c-808a-6f796287aef9?page=2No one has replied back to it, and I am unable to repair windows or boot the ISO repair. The issue started when I was playing a game, had some stuttering - went to disable full screen optimizations - couldn't open properties on ANY file or folder. I'm on a brand new desktop with Windows 11 and no luck trying to fix this.
