Need help with windows installation with flash usb

[Windows 11]

In what world we live that a Windows flash usb to reinstall windows (that I made in my previous Windows when it worked the day before) doesn’t have the drivers to provide with internet so the installation cannot be done? Is this 1998? It asks for mainboard driver to find internet so the installation cannot continue. Is this a new low bar? At this point the installation is an endless loop because I can’t bypass this IQless part.
