Need help with Wacatac.H!ml virus

Split from this thread. An app. (Discord) was downloaded by my grandson and it included 4 trojans. Defender identified the 4 but only isolated 3 as quarantined. Next start up reloaded these 3 viruses. I removed the offending app. And those viruses have not reappeared. But still had one virus Wacatac.H!ml to quarantine. In Windows Security the “Actions” did not isolate or remove it.I deleted the Recycle and quarantine folders, used Defender Offline and MalwareBytes.
