Need help with User Account settings in Security Properties

I honestly don't know when or how this happened, but I accidentally deleted the system Administrators account in Users (at least I think it was the system Administrators account, is there more than one?) I added it back but I'm not sure if I have the Permissions set correctly. Can someone please tell me what the settings should be on both the Security tab & Advanced Security Settings window?I wanted to change my account from an Admin to a Standard account but I can't.
