need help with pre-installed windows 11 usb

I just built a new pc and purchased the actual/official windows 11 usb from amazon. I don’t know how to set it up to bios or if i need to do some sort of installation. Do i need to plug it into a specific port on my motherboard? When i plug it into and load into bios nothing comes up.
