Need help with OneDrive sync issues.

So I have a folder that syncs with OneDrive and basically, what happens is, whenever I add something new into the folder, I get a sync issue. The error message reads "No access permissions to the item." What's interesting is, when I look in the security tab in properties, there is this: Account Unknown(S-1-5-21-3034002659-840482261-3810261050-1000). Usually this account just has the Special Permissions option enabled. When i give it permission to read the file as well, the sync issue goes away.
