Need help with netwrok icon disappearing/freezing/some options disappearing/freezing.

Network icon suddenly disconnects while working. When clicking on icon to turn it back on, it will grey out. Sometimes all other network options (wifi, airplane mode, hotspot) disappear and just airplane mode is visible. It gets fixed when I restart. But it happens frequently. Kindly Help.
