Need help with my PC, it freezes

My pc freezes when starting it, I can only restart it from the button and it freezes a few more times, I have tried to do a memory test, cpu, gpu, update drivers, deactivate the quick start, check the voltages of the source feeding and everything is perfect. Restarting usually occurs when starting the computer and I don't know what else to try. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it
