Need help with impossible pc issue please

[Windows 10]

My pc randomly goes really buggy(unusable) almost everyday and I have to hold the power button instead of shutting down because I can’t open/close anything or move the mouse. When I turn it on back on usually it’s fine, sometimes it’s not and does the same thing repeatedly (windows opens and after 20secs it’s frozen and loading forever) and that has been happening more often recently. I had fixed the issue before by updating bios drivers as my cpu does not work with the mb before an update and I had the first set of drivers for it and updated to the 14th update for bios, so assumed that was th
