Need help with a Nintendo Switch pro controller

[Windows 10]

I just conected it and for some reasson windows 10 interprets the joystick movements with button presses and viceversa. Both steam and third party software detect the switch pro controler's input as thay should, but not the windows gamepad manager. I can't use my controler because of this, please help.
