Need help with a BSOD problem DEVICE_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Not too sure what's causing it. Was checking on HWINFO64 for abit before the screen froze (everything else was running, discord was still connected and working). Could be either a problem caused by HWINFO64 or the Integrated GPU.Also "Display driver amduw23g stopped responding and has successfully recovered."Once the device restarted the Integrated GPU driver didn't load, had a yellow exclamation on it. While the Dedicated GPU is just disabled. Disabling and re-enabling the Integrated GPU allowed the driver to load, and for the D-GPU I just had to enable
