Earlier this week when doing an update (not sure if it was a Windows update or a Norton antivirus update), my drive was wiped.Took it to Geek Squad and they were able to re-install my windows. The account defaults to a "User Local Account Admin" mode and doesn't ask any password info when logging in. I was able to recover my data from a Norton backup. When using file explorer, I can see the accounts (the default "user" one as well as my previous one) but having difficulty switching the account from "User Local Account Admin" to my previous one (which also included the ability to have
