NEED HELP MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND THEY CHANGED THE EMAIL

My account was recently hacked and they changed my email address, I believe they might've also changed my phone number. I have or had the xbox account I primarily played on linked to the account and I have transactions from my debt credit off of my microsoft account. I had 2FA turned on but they still managed to get the verification code and log in and change everything please help me.
