Please provide simple, clear instructions for how to migrate email files from entourage 2008 to outlook 2016. I do not have access to Outlook 2011 as has been suggested in some forums. Please assume very limited knowledge of technical terms (e.g. I do not know what "use an Exchange or IMAP account to transfer the data" means. As a casual user, I have no idea what the following means or how to execute it.
"By default, Exchange and IMAP account will sync everything back to the server, so after configuring an Exchange or IMAP account, just copy your data to this account (it's just a matter of drag and drop thing), and waiting for the data sync'ing finished.
Then, configure this Exchange or IMAP account in Outlook 2016, all your data will be cached in Outlook2016 local data file."
A cookbook set of instructions would be appreciated (ones that a 5 year old or grandmother could follow).
