Need help installing the newest version of windows 10

I've tried multiple times to update my version of Windows ( Home 1909 ) to anything newer but each time I've tried it just keeps giving me an error message 0x80070652 and 0xc1900223. Im not sure how to resolve this issue, ive tried using the troubleshooter and it doesn't provide me with anything in particular.
