I recently upgraded my M.2 NVMe SSD and attempted to clone the the old drive to the new one. My computer refused to recognize the cloned drive, so eventually I gave up and tried for a fresh install.What wound up happening instead was that Windows Recovery began installing to the drive I use for my documents. The moment I realized what was happening I aborted the installation.I finally managed to get the new NVMe working with a fresh install running.
