i can't update my computer i've tried for 5+ hours tonight trying to update my computer, windows update starts looking for updates and doesnt move beyond that, i've tried multiple other things but still nothing. i've used WindowsUpdateDiagnostic and its come back with an error 0x80070490 i've looked all over and tried so many things and still nothing works. please can someone help me i'm trying to run a program but cant because i dont have a dll file that comes with the updates i'm missing.
i'm attaching a photo of what updates i have so far managed to find and install kb3020369 tonight while trying to follow this

but at step 4 i downloaded the 64bit version and it hangs on searching as well.
