Need help getting files to sync from PC to phone using Phone Link.

I’m trying to link up my phone to my PC using the Link to Windows app and program. Everything is installed correctly, and my phone shows up. I have connectivity, and I can control my phone from my PC.I’m trying to use File Explorer to transfer files from my PC to my phone. It has worked from time to time, but a lot of the time, it just says “Sync failed.” I can still see the phone in File Explorer; it’s just not syncing the files.
