Need help getting a working Dell Latitude 3189 touchpad multi-touch driver for Windows 7

A few months ago, I bought a Dell Latitude 3189 off eBay for like $50 bucks as a secondary laptop. It came with Windows 10, but I "downgraded" it to Windows 7 to see how the experience would be. It took some searching to find the essential drivers, but I got wireless, aero, sound, etc. working well. However, I cannot find a working touchpad driver. The Dell downloads page says that the laptop only supports Windows 10. Yeah, right. I looked up "touchpad" and it recommends Windows Update.
