Need help fixing start up after bios, only showing black screen with lines

Hello, So I wanted to update my windows 10 to 11 but found out that my disk was using an older format (MBR) and needed to change it to GPT. When trying access the command prompt to make the changes the window never opened. Oddly Now after the bios start up all I get is a few blinking white lines with a black screen and goes back to bios. Worst part after it goes back to bios the mouse and keyboard stops working. I didn’t changed anything for this to happen. My pc did not showing any problems what so ever before this to indicate any hardware issues. Is there a way to fix this problem witho
