Need help finding out why I can't connect to internet. Two other computers in my home are connect

Need help getting connected to internet again. I have multiple other computer in home that are connected, but my computer has lost connection. Started after I spilled water on computer. I let computer dry out. Can log on, accept control panel, pictures, but cannot connect to internet. It's as if my computer is lost!! Any suggestions???
